Yes, multiple pay and time codes can be set up within the system based on your needs. Pay codes can be used to control taxability, pay rate, FLSA logic, General Ledger Distribution, reporting, eligible earnings, and much more. Employees can also over-ride their Job, and Cost Centers. All of the options displayed can be tailored to specific employee types so that employees cannot see over-rides they are ineligible to enter into timesheets.
Payroll will automatically prorate compensation changes when payroll is calculated, as long as both payroll transactions and the compensation changes are appropriately effective dated.
General Ledger reports can be exported from the system and custom formatted for loading to accounting software. Balancing at the string and segment levels will allocate wages within accounts and sub-accounts. An audit trail of all changes in the system is maintained, including for General Ledger.
Yes. The platform can automatically withhold garnishments based on required income thresholds and can handle multiple garnishments per employee. If payroll processing services are included, payments can be remitted via ACH to eligible vendors. Physical check processing for garnishments is not currently supported.
