With Employee Self Service, employees have a seamless experience of accessing their open enrollment, viewing their current plans, reviewing and selecting new plans, making any changes, reviewing employee/employer cost, updating dependent and beneficiary details, and finally submitting for approval. Once approved it will sync up with Payroll.

Yes, employees can participate in open enrollment and submit requests for qualifying life events.  You can add dependents, beneficiaries, and contingent beneficiaries for benefits.  The open enrollment experience  allows administrators to maintain control over complex policies and coverages. Elections made through open enrollment or qualifying life events will automatically update in NEOGOV Payroll.

Enrollment summary statements are emailed to employees after submitting enrollment. These will include employee and employer contributions. They can also be printed off after submitting enrollment. In Unified Dashboard, employees can access their current enrollment summary at any time. Additionally, employer contributions are reported on employee check stubs.

Yes, the system accommodates varied contribution rules and eligibility settings for different employee groups.

Neogov uses a vendor agnostic approach to data transfers between platforms through flat-file. If your vendors can receive a flat import file, NEOGOV can configure and schedule this for delivery.

Benefits feeds are handled a bit differently. Benefit enrollment can take place in NEOGOV's module and those elections can be sent to the carrier. Neogov supports both 834 EDI and standard flat-file data transfers of this kind.
