Yes. NEOGOV calculates overtime using configured work and time rules, supporting both overtime hour tracking and blended rate calculations. If the FLSA cycle matches the pay period, regular hours can automatically be replaced with overtime. If a lookback period is required, overtime is calculated in the Payroll module, which automatically ensures FLSA compliance by checking that premium hours are paid correctly at the blended rate.
Yes, on the mobile browser or mobile app, employees can clock in & out. Geofencing and geolocation is supported in T&A so that you always know your employees are where they need to be at the right time.
