TEST MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (TMS)

New and improved Test Management System (TMS) for Insight. Now your agency can create tests and answer keys, track scores over time and administer tests with optional Computer Based Testing (CBT) module. Applicant scores will be immediately stored within the system and will be available for statistical analysis.

TMS allows users to create and maintain:

• Paper and Pencil questions
• Computer Based Testing Questions
• Interview Questions
• Rating Factor Definitions
• Test instructions
• Any other assessment related material that can be classified

PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS (PE)

The Performance Evaluations (PE) product is the initial product release in the Performance Management product line. This product along with the subsequent Performance Management products will enable government agencies to achieve the following objectives:
