NEOGOV offer unmatched support and training tools for their users. You can experience hands on training and NEOGOV offers a variety of forums and tools for users to learn the systems at their own pace and in ways that fit their agency needs.

New Customer Training

During new customer training, your agency staff will have the opportunity to experience the NEOGOV system through a realistic recruitment life cycle in a variety of roles, as an Insight Human Resources user, as a department user through the Online Hiring Center (OHC) and as a job seeker and applicant.

Group Format

An interactive forum that consists of group training balanced with individualized training during the Q&A time on Day 2 of training. Through online group training, agencies have the opportunity to hear the questions from other agencies and learn from the feedback. Agencies are able to participate in the group training every two weeks.

On-demand Training

These tools are available anytime to agency users to access at their own convenience and pace. We offer tools such as self running tutorials and guided demonstrations. Our tutorials explain structure and terminology of NEOGOV Insight, and the guided demonstrations walk the user step-by-step through many system functionalities.

Live Webinars

Several times per month customers can experience refresher courses as well as advanced functionality courses demonstrated by a neo trainer with Q&A session.
