Test Management System (TMS)

With this optional upgrade for Insight your agency can create tests and answer keys, track scores over time and administer tests with optional Computer Based Testing (CBT) module. Applicant scores will be immediately stored within the system and will be available for statistical analysis. Additionally, overall scores and sub-scale scores for each test taker by ID number, basic descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, etc.) for the entire group of test takers, and descriptive statistics for demographic variables (Gender, Ethnicity, etc.).

TMS allows users to create and maintain:

• Paper and Pencil questions
• Computer Based Testing Questions
• Interview Questions
• Rating Factor Definitions
• Test instructions
• Any other assessment related material that can be classified

Item statistics are analyzed, tracked and reported on every item and exam administered:

• Performance Analysis – Upper, middle, lower analysis of test takers
• Test/Section Analysis - Mean Score, Std. Deviation, Alpha, KR20, KR21, Std. Error, Skewness, & Kurtosis.
• Item Analysis - Upper/Lower Correct, Index of Difficulty, Index of Discrimination, Max Discrimination, Discrimination Efficiency, and Point-Biserial Coefficient.
• Item Analysis by Gender and Ethnicity – adverse impact
