Performance Evaluations (PE)

The Performance Evaluations (PE) product is the initial product release in the Performance Management product line. This product along with the subsequent Performance Management products will enable government agencies to achieve the following objectives:

  • Align individual performance with strategic agency objectives
  • Define performance standards
  • Provide measurable KPIs/Goals
  • Identify talent
  • Motivate and retain high performing employees
  • Identify and communicate organizational expectations

The User Interface will list tasks, including:

  • Goal Tasks – These are generated from the Due date associated with a Goal.
  • Evaluation Tasks – These are generated from Due dates identified when the Administrator user role added steps to the workflow.
  • User Generated Tasks – The user also has the ability to add their own user specific custom tasks.

The User Interface will identify action items, including:

  • Manage My Goals (Any user with Employee Role assigned)
  • View My Competencies (Any user with Employee Role assigned)
  • My Evaluations (Any user with Employee Role assigned)
  • Manage My Employees (Any user with Manager Role assigned)
  • Manage My Teams (Any user with Manager Role assigned)
  • Manage My Reports (Any user with Manager / HR/Administrator Role assigned)
  • Administration (Any user with HR/Administrator Role assigned)
